When I tell others what I do, I always start by describing myself as a haunted housewife. At a base level, my content is about home decor, vintage style, and how to add a dash of spooky to your everyday life. But more than that, it is about what can happen when you channel your energy into creating a life you love.

I started creating YouTube videos in 2018 as a small vintage channel. Then in March of 2020, I saw a trend going around of people doing “Quarantine-oween” to bring some joy during the first lockdown and I thought “Hey, I love Halloween. Why not?” I decorated my studio, put on my favorite spooky dress, and did a Q&A video where viewers submitted Halloween and spooky related questions. That ended up being the most fun I had had making content in years. It was a few months after that that I realized I needed to listen to my gut and create the type of content I wanted to see in the world. And thus, Midge Munster was born.
Since then I have been able to quit my day job to create full time. I also have the pleasure of working with my amazing co-ghost Penny Snark on our podcast Ghouls Night In. I have worked with brands like HelloFresh, Care/Of, Casetify, and in 2021 I had the honor of being flown out to New Jersey to open the Spirit Halloween flagship store.
